Billing, Subscriptions & Messages: Where to Go Next
After setup, you can manage your subscription, pay bills, and contact support from your account in the app or on the web dashboard.
Subscriptions
View and manage your LightCam subscription (plan, renewal, add-ons).
- In the app: Open Account (or profile), then Subscriptions (or Manage subscription).
- On the web: Sign in at dashboard.lightcam.com and open Subscriptions.

From the Subscriptions page you can see your current plan, next billing date, and add or change a subscription.
Billing
View invoices, update your payment method, and see your balance.
- In the app: Account → Billing (or Payment).
- On the web: dashboard.lightcam.com → Billing.

You can download invoices, update your card, and check your billing cycle. If a payment fails, you’ll usually see a message here with a link to update your payment method.
Messages (Contact Support)
To get help from a person, use Messages.
- In the app: Account → Messages (or Support, Help).
- On the web: dashboard.lightcam.com → Messages.

Send a message describing your issue; support will reply there. For setup or connection problems, include what you see on screen (e.g. “Device not found,” “Wi‑Fi error”) so they can help faster.
