Prerequisites

• Camera is online and powered continuously.
• Stable Wi-Fi connection during the full update.
• App left open if prompted.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Open Firmware Update Navigate to the Firmware Update flow from app settings or device details.

2. Check for available update If a new version exists, review release notes and start update.

3. Keep power and network stable Do not power off the light switch while firmware installs.

4. Confirm update success Verify camera reconnects and reports the new firmware version.

Common Issues & Fixes

• Update stuck in progress: Keep power on, wait several minutes, then refresh status.
• Camera offline after update: Power-cycle once and recheck Wi-Fi.
• Version not changing: Retry update when connection quality is strong.
