Reporting a Vulnerability
If you discover a security vulnerability in LightCam hardware, firmware, mobile apps, or cloud services, please report it to us directly.

We review all submissions and aim to respond within 5 business days. Please include enough detail to reproduce the issue: affected component, steps to reproduce, and your assessment of impact.
What We Ask of Researchers
- Give us a reasonable amount of time to fix the issue before disclosing publicly.
- Do not access or modify data belonging to other LightCam users.
- Do not disrupt LightCam services or customer devices.
- Act in good faith.
Scope
All LightCam products and services are in scope, including:
- LightCam hardware and firmware
- LightCam mobile apps (iOS and Android)
- lightcam.com and the customer dashboard
- LightCam cloud services and APIs
